Account Manager
Job summary:
Account Managers are responsible for
revenues/profits in assigned market territories. Monitor, evaluate,
and report on individual accounts toward weekly, monthly, and
annual targets. Maximize sales within a specific territory with
emphasis proactive generation of new leads and business, as well
as follow up on company-generated leads. Develop new sales volume
existing customer base. Solicitation of new business includes,
but is not limited to, attending trade shows, follow-up of promotional
leads, and customer visits and presentations.
What You Bring to the Table:
Ideal candidate is a sales manager
with a solid track record in achieving sales targets and extensive
experience in the education market. Will be responsible for a
specific sales territory and must have contacts within this area
in the educational arena. Must be self-motivated, goal orientated,
and have strong ability to quickly learn how to sell our products
and technology. Previous experience in selling software is a
great plus. Some travel when necessary to keep face-to-face contact
with customer base is required.

Public Relations Coordinator
Job summary:
CrossTec is looking for an energetic Public Relations Coordinator
to handle media relations including writing and distributing press
releases; generating reviews for our award-winning software products;
setting up press tours; and researching interesting user stories
from our large family of customers and partners. Additional responsibilities
include various marketing activities such as coordinating the NetOp
News email newsletter and occasionally representing the company
at industry trade shows which are held throughout North America.
What You Bring to the Table:
The ideal candidate is a recent college graduate majoring in Mass
Communications with a focus on public relations. A portfolio of
media experience, which may include internship activities, is required.
Experience with Microsoft Windows applications including Microsoft
Office is a must. Some experience with databases, web site design
and graphic layout would be a helpful.
